JUSTCHEX adds one click refund option for improved customer service

Clients using JUSTCHEX for online returned check processing can now click one button to issue a customer refund for improved customer service, elimination of operational confusion and maintenance of data integrity

Oxnard, CA, March 31, 2004 - JUSTCHEX, LLC, ("JUSTCHEX") the online provider of electronic check recovery processing for returned checks (http://justchex.net) announced today that it has added the functionality to let their clients issue customer refunds. Responding to requests from clients the company added this option that provides an efficient, one click resolution to the accounting and customer service issues that arise when a check writer unexpectedly walks into a store location and makes a payment for a bounced check.

"It gives me the best of both worlds. I can use the online service and not turn away a customer that comes to my store looking to pay off a bounced check. Using this new option, if a payment is made at a store location a JUSTCHEX client can cancel an online transaction waiting for payment or even issue an online refund that will return the funds in question to the account of the check writer. The entire transaction is accomplished with a single click. That includes reporting the transaction to update all effected reports including the real-time negative file. "By letting our clients perform functions that would normally require a phone call and some clerical intervention, we avoid adding those needless costs to the business process", according to Richard McShirley of JUSTCHEX.

The ability to make refunds and refresh the related data for accuracy brings improved user functionality without compromising data integrity.
