Dobson Communications selects JUSTCHEX to provide automated processing solution for returned checks
JUSTCHEX automated returned check processing platform selected for significant savings, improvement in operational efficiency, and easy integration - without investment
Oxnard and Oklahoma City; April 8, 2004 - JUSTCHEX, LLC,
("JU$TCHEX") the leader in online processing of returned checks for

announced today that they have signed an agreement to automate
returned check processing for the wireless communications provider
utilizing the JU$TCHEX Internet-based solution (http://justchex.net).

access to details on returned checks, which will enable us to
promptly assist customers with questions about account status and
payments."
Online features include "real-time funds verification" with instant
access to verify the presence of funds in over 200 million draftable
accounts: this improves results by avoiding re-presentments to
accounts without available funds. JU$TCHEX clients enjoy the
labor-free benefits of an outsourced solution without the normal
fees charged by more labor-intensive collection services. The lower
cost of processing results in higher pay-outs to clients. The
JU$TCHEX client recovers 100% of the face value plus the majority of
the state fee on all successful transactions.

endorsing checks for deposit at a store or lockbox and then coming
back in at the end of the process to compare their payment reports
with their bank statements.
