JUSTCHEX extends zero back office to customer service
New system slashes the cost of updating collection payments of
check, credit card and other forms of debt

has completed the deployment of their 'one click' online customer
service tool set. These tools give their clients workflow access to
intervene at any point in the collection process to solve customer
service issues related to a returned check. They can cancel a check
in process or refund a check that has been collected. The refund is
especially helpful for transactions that involve stolen checks or
other transactions where their customer was actually a victim.
When a client clicks a refund or cancel button they have real-time
access to view the transaction history for the check as a reference
